Villa della Fonte

A refined transformation of a historic Liberty-style villa overlooking the Adriatic Sea in Cupra Marittima. The project reinterprets the existing structure through a minimal architectural language, combining a discreet volumetric extension with partially underground spaces that integrate seamlessly into the hillside. The landscape design enhances the existing park, preserving and integrating an ancient citrus grove framed by arched retaining walls, reinforcing the dialogue between architecture and terrain. The intervention improves spatial continuity, natural light, and energy performance, while maintaining the original character within a contemporary, understated luxury framework.
