Le Terrazze Resort

A light exterior restyling of a multi-storey seaside hotel complex in Grottammare, developed in full compliance with coastal heritage regulations. The project introduces precise and measured interventions on façades, materials, and color palette, enhancing the building’s identity while preserving its relationship with the marine landscape. The design balances contemporary refinement with regulatory constraints, achieving a renewed and harmonious presence along the waterfront.
